About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our CEO and technical leadership to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions—focusing on privacy-preserving models, RAG pipelines, and edge AI deployments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and fine-tune AI/ML models for private, on-premise use
• Build data processing pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
• Collaborate on architecture decisions for scalable AI deployment
• Stay on top of emerging AI/ML technologies and privacy standards

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with Python, LLMs, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of data security and privacy in AI systems
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or agent-based systems a plus
• Startup mindset: adaptable, self-driven, collaborative

About the Role

As a full-stack developer, you'll own and evolve our core platform. You'll build intuitive UIs, robust APIs, and scalable back-end services that power PolusAI's Private AI products.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain front-end applications (React/Next.js or similar)
• Build secure, scalable back-end services (Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Work closely with AI engineers to integrate models into production
• Help shape our product roadmap and engineering practices

What We're Looking For

• Solid full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of authentication, data security, and API design
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
